a poll! i need your help…

I’ve had a number of requests for prints, notecards, etc., for some of my photographs…and who am I to say no? So I have been planning for some time now to start a small fine art photography business, but I can’t decide on a name. My two choices are:

A. Everyday Wonders Photography (everydaywonders is, of course, the name of this blog);

OR

B. Gingerfancy Photography (gingerfancy is my name on Instagram, in honor of my red hair, and it does have a kind of fun kick to it).

So, gentle readers, what do you think? Any strong (or otherwise) feelings one way or the other? Please help! Thank you in advance…

My spiritual journey is all about finding the grace in the everyday—and the not so everyday—while living a full and creative life that includes chronic illness, PTSD, and depression. I'm a writer, blogger and photographer, live in lovely Minneapolis, Minnesota and am happily married to George and doggie-mama to Piper. I’m a Benedictine Oblate candidate of St. John’s Abbey in Collegeville, MN. My creative inspirations include nature, good books, Lake Superior, my flower garden, and my faith. More than anything, I cherish spending time with friends and, especially, family.

  1. Hi Barbara, thanks so mu ch for joining me on my FB page. Personally, I love your IG pseudo. Apparently it’s advisable to have the same business name across all social networks. It took me quite a while to settle on mine Richer Images. The tonic in Gingertonic, implies energy, healing, positivity for me.
    I have a FAA shop, which I’ve rather neglected, but I’m going to relaunch it in September.
    Good Luck with your projects, Henrietta.

    1. Henrietta, I just saw, this! I’m so sorry to be so late in responding. I think you are right about the business name. The question is, which is my brand? My blog, which is everyday wonders, or my IG name? And which is more marketable? GAAHHH!
      I’m looking forward to checking out your FAA shop! I absolutely love your work, you are so talented and creative. May I ask how long you have been a photographer?
      And by the way, I love the name Richer Images.
