another wordless wednesday…
I haven’t written much this month..it’s been a bit tough with migraines and fibromyalgia both flaring up thanks to some crazy weather changes. There are so many things I want to express with my words and my images, lovely things, bittersweet ideas, memories of love and dreams for the future–and it will have to wait another week or two until I can get my head agonies under control. (I refer to migraines, here, not depression, although the phrase would certainly work for both!)
I shall end this November with you, my friends, by sharing a favorite quote about gratitude, and few autumn images.
I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought, and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.

latest news from my shop!
I am now offering my art for sale through Society6 online; so just follow the link to “my” online shop, at https://society6.com/barbaramarincel
Through Society6, I can offer everything from art prints to canvases to travel mugs and stationery to shower curtains (yes, really, although I don’t have any photos the right file size yet!). On the right-hand side of this blog, or at the foot, if you are on a mobile device, I’ve included a little slideshow that displays some of the items currently available. If you have any special requests, please let me know, and I’d be happy to see if we can work something out!
Thanks much,
Barbara 🙂

photos for sale!!!
Fiona and I are happy to announce that Gingerfancy Photography is finally up and running, offering nine (or is it ten?) photos FOR SALE!!! I have hooked up with Fine Art America, and I will be gradually adding more photos throughout the next couple of weeks.
To order, go to my Gingerfancy Photography Page widget at the bottom of this page and click on any photo that says it is posted by Fine Art America, and it will take you directly to my site on Fine Art America. Or you can access my site on Fine Art America directly at http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/1-barbara-marincel.html . The photos are available in anything from prints to greeting cards to beach towels (seriously!)…I hope you find something you like! If you see a photo on this blog that you like and isn’t for sale, please let me know–I’ll be more than happy to add it to the images currently for sale.
In the next few days, I hope to upgrade my membership with Fine Art America and get a shopping cart widget for this blog so any interested readers may buy from them directly.

gingerfancy photography
In a fit of impulse, I have changed the name of my nascent photography business to “gingerfancy photography” (after my Instagram name) after having a dream last night…in which (I kid you not) an angel told me my “brand” was my Instagram pseudonym rather than my blog name. Sigh. Who am I to say no to an angel? It was faceless, by the way, but sounded very much like my mom, who was always right about everything, maddeningly so, in fact. So really, I have no choice in this matter, as you can see.
I almost never do things by impulse.
This is a photo of me and my mom:
How could I not do what her voice told me to do? I apologize for the confusion…and add that I should have my FAA (Fine Art America) sale site up and running in a day or so. I will have all of the info regarding sales here on this blog!
for sale!
By the end of the week, I should have a few selected prints, canvases, and notecards, available for sale here and on my Facebook Page, Everyday Wonders Photography (see footer at bottom of page). More information to follow here on this blog…
